The project technicians participated in the Annual Congress of the Iberian Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AIZA). The day took place in Cordoba on 8 and 9 March.

The companions of the Barcelona Zoo, partners of the Life Tritó Montseny project, attended this congress organized by AIZA that took place in Cordoba at the beginning of March.

Josep Maria Alonso presented a conference entitled: "Conservation of the Montseny's newt: management of the habitat and its population and education". The co-authors of this presentation were Manel Areste and Maria Josep Notó from Barcelona Zoo, together with Daniel Guinart from Barcelona Provincial Council.

It was a good opportunity to disseminate the European project Life Tritó Montseny (LIFE15NAT/ES/000757).
